気とは何か？
無であり、有であり、
空気であり、心であり、
関係性であり、内と外をつなげる、間（アワイ）の言葉。
つねに流れ、カタチを変え、時にウゴメキ、時に溢れていく。
気流部とは？
満ちたカタチなき新たな世界をたちあらわし、
溢れる、名付け得ぬ可能性に挑む、
クリエイティブなプラットフォームであり、
アートを通して、誰もが参加出来、そして、
「気」をキーワードに不可視な世界を冒険する集まりである。

It is none, yes,
It is air, heart,
Relationships, words connecting between inside and outside,
Awai.Always flow, change shape, sprinkle at times, occasionally overflowing.
What is the kiryu-bu?
We represent a new world without full shape,
Overflowing, challenging the possibility of nameless,
It is a creative platform,
Through art, everyone can participate,
It is a gathering adventuring the invisible world with "氣" as a keyword.
